Our Story

In 2018, we purchased a rusted 1992 Shoop two-horse trailer with 800 bucks and a dream...to convert it into a super cool, full service, rustic, rad mobile bar.  Originally, the plan was to use it ourselves and loan it out to friends and family from time to time.  Never did we imagine that this little (big!) project would turn into a business and that we would be able to share The White Horse Wagon with the masses.

So we picked up the trailer, stripped it down to its' frame, and sent it to a metal fabricator in New Jersey who did his best to convince us (rightly so) NOT to take on this project.  The trailer was too rusted, he said.  The amount of fabrication work needed just to shore up the frame wasn't worth it, he said.  Never mind the custom fabrication work needed to create the bar opening among the other features!

Nevertheless, we forged ahead.

After a month or so of metal work, we finally brought the wagon back home to start the buildout...and it sat in our yard untouched for 18 months!

Enter 2020.

It took a global pandemic which forced all of New York City into a mandatory quarantine to motivate us to get the wagon finished.  So we went to work.

Three months later, The White Horse Wagon was complete.  So here we are, getting to share the fruits of our labor with friends, family and strangers - enjoying every moment that we are lucky enough to be a part of creating for our clients.

Thanks for listening and we hope to see you soon.

Cheers
